Aminado si reigning Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee na masuwerte siya dahil mayroon siyang mga kaibigan na talagang sumusuporta sa kanya sa kanyang naging journey tungo sa pagkopo ng korona.
Ayon sa dalaga, saksi si Rhian Ramos at Max Collins kung paano niya pinaghirapan ang pageant at nakita nila ang matinding sakripisyo at dedikasyon ni Michalle sa paghahanda para sa nasabing national pageant kaya naman talagang pati sila ay naiyak nang tanghaling bagong reyna ang dalaga.
Abot-langit ang pasasalamat ni Michelle sa dalawa niyang BFF na nagsilbi ring inspirasyon sa muli niyang pagsali sa Miss Universe Philippines pageant ngayong taon. All-out daw talaga ang ibinigay na suporta ng mga ito sa kanya mula noon hanggang ngayon.
“That night of course nandoon si Max and of course nandoon si Rhian na nakita pa gave an ugly cry. Talagang wala siyang pakialam kahit anong maging itsura niya. Halos lumuhod na siya talaga siya sa tuwa,” ang pahayag ni Michelle sa panayam ng “Updated with Nelson Canlas” podcast.
“You know, they saw how much it broke my heart not to win last year. And this year they witnessed how hard I worked to get the crown. As in I lived with Rhian but she never saw me, what she would see is me awake when she gets up and already doing my make up or just getting home from taping and then saying ‘Oh what are you doing today?’ ‘Oh I only have an hour and then I’m leaving.’ So they really saw the blood, sweat and tears and the dedication that I put, just to win this crown,” sabi ni Michelle.
Kung matatandaan, nag-viral ang video na ipinost ni Rhian sa kanyang Instagram page kung saan nga makikita ang pagiging emosyonal nila ni Max nang tawagin na ang pangalan ni Michelle bilang bagong Miss Universe Philippines 2023.

It’s been a very busy past few months and an even more hectic past couple of days.. and although I know we’ll probably see a little less of each other, I just couldn’t be happier for you knowing that destiny came for you this year.
