Aminado ang aktres na si Kris Bernal na talagang matinding struggle ang pinagdaanan niya noong ipinagbubuntis pa lamang niya ang panganay na si Hailee Lucca at ayon sa kanya, talagang nag-workout siya upang masiguro ang kanyang kalusugan pati na ng kanyang anak sa asawang Perry Choi.
Sa kanyang IG, ibinahagi ng aktres ng isang video compilation ng kanyang pilates workout habang ipinagdadalang-tao si Baby Hailee at ayon pa sa kanya ay grabe rin ang naging struggle niya sa itsura ng kanyang katawan during her pregnancy na feeling niya ay natural lang sa isang babae kapag nagdadalang-tao.
“I still look back on bump photos and videos completely in awe of what a woman’s body can do! I was at my heaviest weight ever and I’ll be honest that there were moments during my pregnancy that I struggled [with] body image!” sabi ni Kris.
“But, as days and months passed by, I genuinely adored having my bump – my baby’s first home. I couldn’t be more grateful for my body – to grow and carry life – its strength and sacrifice has not gone unnoticed! I can say that it’s the most beautiful I’ve ever felt!” dagdag niya.
Ngayong nakaraos na siya sa panganganak sa unang baby nila ng asawang si Perry, nagbigay din si Kris ng mensahe at payo sa mga magiging mommy na rin hinggil sa mga magiging pagbabago sa kanilang katawan.
