Ibinahagi ng aktres na si Andi Eigenmann na fit na siya uli matapos nabawasan ng mahigit 50 pounds ang timbang ng aktres at celebrity mom at sa kanyang IG ay ipinakita niya kung paano nagsimula ang kanyang fitness journey pati na ang ilang parang ginawa niya para maibalik sa dati ang katawan.
Sabi ng aktres, hindi naging madali para sa isang nanay na tulad niya ang magpapayat lalo pa’t hands-on siya sa pag-aalaga sa kanyang pamilya.
Ayon pa kay Andi, unti-unti na niyang na-achieve ang kanyang ideal weight makalipas ang dalawang taong pagwo-workout at pagda-diet.
“I get a lot of comments saying I lost weight SO FAST, but it actually took me 2 years to lose 60lbs! I feel like it seemed like it flew by so quickly because I set a limit and set new goals each time,” saad ng aktres.
“This way, it didn’t feel like I was doing it forever, resulting in feeling like a failure,” dagdag pa niya.
Ipinagdiinan ng hindi na gaanong aktibong aktres, na hindi dapat ituring na kaaway ng mga nagpapapayat at nagpapakundisyo ng kanilang katawan ang pagkain.
Pangarap din niya na maging isang certified nutritionist para makatulong sa lahat ng nagnanais na pumayat at maging malusog sa tamang paraan at sustainable fitness journey.
“This is how I’m able to go about my fitness journey in a sustainable way. I’m in the hopes of becoming a certified nutritionist one day, and in everything I have learned so far, a good tip to know what meals to lean towards: Eat the rainbow! + CARBS are not the enemy. I eat what I want, without being reckless. I lean towards the healthier options but I still give in to my cravings, even if they are ‘junk’,” sabi ni Andi.
“My approach on this whole fitness journey is holistic, in such a way that all aspects of my well-being go hand-in-hand. So while we now know that ‘losing the weight’ is mostly about food, it will definitely work way more if your entire lifestyle goes with it. Good exercise and a great mindset to go along with it should do the trick,” dagdag niya.
